We wouldn’t normally enter into the ‘letters from satisfied customers’ field of advertising. Obviously we do receive thanks and appreciation from clients who have been happy with the individual professional service they have received, but it is rare to come across an accolade such as the one which came to our notice from an anonymous source very recently. An independent professional, surveying one of our ‘full service’ conversion projects, was moved to append the following to his survey notes. We do not feel it unreasonable to quote his comments on the work of our company in full.
“It is infrequently that we inspect a property which has been the subject of total development in the form of a conversion, where the works executed are well above the national average. I am convinced in part that this is due to the fact that a well known designer by the name of David Granger of The Old Dairy, Mill Street, Packington, drew up the plans and supervised the detail. We see many of his successful undertakings. There are no deficiencies of any consequence in this instance; there are areas of qualification in regard to the way the works are executed. I have no hesitation in commending you to the purchase and believe the price in point of fact is somewhat conservative.” |
