The site of a former garage and workshop premises on the main residential route into Coalville Town Centre, and adjoining the Snibston Discovery Park. The design required an impressive street scene to pull together the linear site frontage providing a pleasing elevation of 14 two and three bedroom homes with parking court, set behind landscaping and metal railings.
