A new courtyard development comprising four individual dwellings of innovative design, constructed using natural brick, stone and slate to match the Charnwood local vernacular detailing. Due to the site’s setting in the conservation area, opposite the Parish Church and as a main gateway entrance to the village, this was a sensitive scheme requiring careful guidance through the planning process,
