A pretty two-bedroom cottage which needed considerable modernisation and refurbishment. A sensitive location outside the village envelope requiring flair and design skill to create a two storey extension. A glazed garden room to the rear is in keeping with the existing building, combined with a very contemporary approach to the internal open plan layout.
