The redevelopment of a brownfield site consisting of substantial factory premises in the centre of the Markfield village conservation area close to the village green. Constructed from local materials to provide a well balanced street scene, the utilization of the roof space makes the internal accommodation large and impressive. In total the development created 16 new dwellings, a mix of two and three bedroom accommodation.
