Conversion of a farmhouse and a range of single and two storey farm buildings set on a ridge on the Leicestershire/Derbyshire border overlooking Calke National Trust Park. Large glazed screens maximise the panoramic views into Derbyshire. Clever use of courtyard design for car parking, traditional materials and colour schemes give the development a very rural feel, yet the site is set only a few miles from the M42 motorway.
