A former bungalow with large gardens, we worked closely with the developer and Local Authority to achieve Planning Permission for the demolition of the existing bungalow and erection of 9 new build dwellings. The detailing was important with the design of this development to ensure that it fitted in with the surrounding properties, enhancing the street scene along Highfield Street. The development was completed to the satisfaction of all parties, being recommended by the Local Authority Building Inspector for the East Midlands LABC awards.
