Design Director Michael Perry and Development Director Mark Smalley represented David Granger Design at the 2024 ProCon Leicestershire Property and Construction Awards, where our project, Lime Farm Barns, was shortlisted in the Small Residential Scheme category.
From a highly competitive field, Lime Farm Barns was selected as one of three finalists. The awards evening, held on 14th November at Leicester’s King Power Stadium, celebrated some of the most innovative and unique architecture in the region.
While we didn’t win this year, we’re incredibly proud to have been recognised as finalists. The event was an excellent opportunity to showcase our work and reconnect with industry consultants and leading professionals from the region’s top construction companies.
We’re already looking forward to the 2025 awards, where we hope to build on this year’s success with some of the exciting projects we’re currently working on.
