Work has been recently completed on a project in Worthington, and our client wanted to share some photographs with us. We are all delighted with the outcome.
We were initially approached by the client, Roland and Jo Boocock, in January 2023 to discuss the possibility of extending and altering their home.
After some discussions and designs, it was considered that there was the potential to convert the loft and provide a two-storey house extension to the rear of the property. Following initial sketch proposals and design discussions, a composite scheme was produced, and subsequently, we submitted drawings for planning approval.
Planning approval was granted in October 2023, and the client subsequently discussed the project with a local builder, as we recommended.
The final project has provided a larger principal bedroom to the home and an open plan kitchen/dining/seating space large enough to accommodate family living. We were delighted to hear the clients were so happy with our services and the builder’s professionalism.

We feel the extension has added a fantastic space to the home while also looking aesthetically pleasing and fitting in with the current architectural style.
