Following our success in winning the Medium Residential Scheme award at the 2023 ProCon Leicestershire Property and Construction Awards, we submitted three more applications as part of this year’s submissions.
Applications were made for the following projects:
House extension scheme at Hill House, 62 Main Street, Hoby, Leicestershire
Conversion of an existing barn to residential use at Lime Barns, 22a Main Street, Breedon on the Hill, Derbyshire
Barn conversion scheme at Winfrey Farm, Dadlington Lane, Stapleton, Leicestershire
At the time of writing, it has been confirmed that the Barn Conversion scheme at Limes Barns has made it through to finals night, which is fantastic news. Watch this space for results soon.
