Through To Finals Night
After submitting three development schemes to the Procon Leicestershire Awards 2023 in the Medium Residential Scheme of the Year category, we can now announce that we have all three projects through to finals night, an incredible achievement we are all so proud of.
The three projects are as follows, and all fall within the North West Leicestershire District Council area:
All the sites had different challenges, which the designs had to consider.
We understand it is the first time one practice has got all three sites into the finals night, which guarantees that one of the projects will come away with the award.
The winner of the award, sponsored by Lovell Homes, will be announced on finals night at the King Power stadium on the 9th November.
