Prior Park House is a prominent building within the market town of Ashby de la Zouch. It is grade 2 listed and dates back to the 1820s when it was originally constructed as two substantial houses. It has more recently been partly utilised as the main residence for its owner with the remainder rented as flats.

It has more recently been partly utilised as the main residence for its owner with the remainder rented as flats.

The building was in a poor state of repair and due to the many alterations over time had lost many of its original features.

Consent was granted to remove the flats and subdivide the building into four substantial, 3 & 4 storey properties which reflected the origins of the building. A new access was provided off Prior Park Lane in the same location as a historic previous access to provide each property with its own entrance.
